Please complete the form below to place your order. All orders must be placed by August 16th to be picked up at our next meeting on Thursday, August 19th. If you are unable to pick them up at the meeting, please contact Anneliese, (407) 816-6359, to make arrangements to pick them up from her.

Minimum Order 10 Cookies OR 5 boxes of cupcakes. Baked goods to be paid for at time of pick up. Please make check payable to "Women Out of the Box".
